South Lexington Alternative Transportation Information For Commuters
The town of Lexington has a network of bicycle trails and designated routes and sidewalks that facilitate bicycling and walking. The Minuteman Bikeway connects to the Alewife MBTA Station in Cambridge and provides transportation access to subway and bus service. Click here for the Bikeway Map.
The 128 Business Council provides two shuttle services from Alewife Station - one along the Hayden Avenue/Spring Street Corridor and the other to the Hartwell Avenue/Bedford Street corridor via the REV Shuttle.
